When do you close?

Has my Tax Return been processed?
You can check the status of your Federal Tax Refund on the IRS website and your State Tax Refund at Mass.gov.

How do I get in touch with the Tax Site that prepared my return?
You can find the site coordinator’s contact information on your printed Tax Return. Locate your Signature Authorization (Form 8879) and the coordinator’s contact information is displayed on the bottom. If you are having trouble contacting someone at your tax site, contact us at FreeTaxHelp@Boston.gov. Please be patient if you don’t hear back right away as we are fielding many calls.

What is the new filing deadline?
For Federal and Massachusetts State Taxes, Tax Day moved from April 15th to July 15th. Please visit the websites below for more information.
